In accordance with the Decree No. 4304 for the year 2019 regarding the formation of the government, Decree No. 4416 for the year 2000 regarding the Customs Act, Decree No. 13137 for the year of 2013 with regards to regulating the Ministry of Industry and determining its terms of employment, and on Decision No. 78/1 for the year 2019 which concerns the inspection of goods entering industrial warehouses to verify the purpose of their importation; The minister of Industry has agreed on the following:
Each industrial establishment that owns an industrial warehouse shall submit an application to the Ministry of Industry before any goods can be brought into the warehouse.
In addition, it has been decided that every industrial establishment wishing to obtain an industrial certificate or any certificate, must declare its ownership for the industrial warehouse with its address.
This Decision took place on the 8th of August, 2019.
