Amid the immense increase in the cases of COVID-19 in Lebanon, which has now surpassed the expected numbers, and since Lebanon has not been abiding by the proper protocols that should be taken to prevent the spread of the virus, the Ministry of Interior and Municipalities has issued Decision No. 1205 declaring that certain Lebanese areas shall go back to complete lockdown.
Here is what has been decided:
The curfew instated from 1 am to 6 am every day shall continue, for the AREAS That DO NOT have a lock down imposed.
As of 6 am on October 4, 2020 until 6 am on October 12, 2020, the following areas listed below shall be subject to a complete lockdown. Hospitals, pharmacies, health facilities, supermarkets (only deliveries allowed) are the only entities that shall be allowed to remain open. Everything else is to remain closed.
